We set up a smart lock together with an entrance-area camera; there are no cameras in the interior. Physical keys stay with us, the guest receives a digital code, and codes are renewed after each stay.
Of course. The personal-use dates you set at the start of the year are written into the agreement. With prior notice your villa is made ready for you; off-season use always takes priority.
