Founded in 2013, Bodrumapartvilla is a stay platform operating across the Bodrum region, offering a boutique villa-rental experience built on a limited collection and a careful sense of partnership.
We work by selection rather than scale. Each villa is reviewed individually before being admitted to the collection, never as a matter of volume.
A villa is not four walls.
Its architecture, its setting, its garden and its outlook together compose an atmosphere. Carrying that atmosphere to a guest, and honouring the trust an owner places in us along the way, is how we choose to do our work.

2013
Bodrumapartvilla began in 2013 with a single observation: the peninsula's finest villas were often lost inside large portfolios, their true atmosphere fitting neither a photograph nor a listing. We chose a path built on selection rather than scale.
Today
Since then we have grown the collection patiently, year by year. Before admitting any villa we walked it in person, met its owner, and hosted guests through season after season. We work with the same discipline today: if a villa enters the collection, it is never to fill a quota but because we genuinely believe in it.
How We Work
Direct with the owner, no intermediary
We work with most villas in the collection through a direct owner network. As the chain lengthens, both trust and knowledge are lost; we keep that distance as short as we can. A question you ask reaches, within a few steps, the person who knows the villa's real story.
This closeness is a reassurance for both guest and owner. The guest speaks with a team that knows the reality behind the photograph; the owner knows their home has been entrusted not to strangers but to a collection that cares for it.
We know the peninsula, district by district
Yalıkavak's marina evenings, Türkbükü's quiet coves, Gümüşlük's stone lanes, the family fabric of Bitez and Ortakent, the Turgutreis sunset — each district has its own character and seasonal rhythm. It is from this accumulated knowledge that we suggest which villa suits whom, and in which week.

A service that accompanies the stay
Staying in a villa does not end with receiving the keys. We arrange the passage from the airport with Özel Transfer, and run the concierge coordination — from a private chef and a boat to events and everyday reservations — from a single team. Our aim is to compose a calm passage through the small decisions.
